Attention points

From jump-up or run-up come to felge swing in closed basket hang. After the back swing the head is lifted in the front swing and we stretched out in arch position. The active stretch out makes the body lift, by which the hands can be repositioned from pink grip to support grip in under arm support. Lengs cannot get under horizontal position in the front swing.
